Illuminated check engine light
A/C system may not function properly or not at all
Engine may overheat due to excessive A/C use
Poor engine performance, such as reduced power or acceleration
Defective A/C refrigerant pressure sensor
Wiring or electrical connection issues in the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor circuit
Malfunctioning A/C compressor
Low refrigerant levels in the A/C system
A/C Evaporator Temperature Sensor: Prevents the air conditioning refrigerant from becoming too cold. Problems lead to reduced AC cooling
Replace the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor
Check and repair any damaged wiring or connections in the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor circuit
Replace the A/C compressor if necessary
Recharge the A/C system with refrigerant if the levels are low
