Illuminated Check Engine Light
Decreased fuel efficiency
Rough idle or stalling
Poor engine performance and acceleration
Failed oxygen sensor
Damaged or corroded wiring in the circuit
Loose, disconnected, or damaged electrical connections
Malfunctioning Engine Control Module (ECM)
Oxygen Sensor: This is one of the parts that fails very commonly. It measures the amount of oxygen to ensure proper combustion. Problems in the Oxygen Sensor lead to poor fuel economy
Replace the oxygen (O2) sensor
Check and repair any damaged or corroded wiring in the circuit
Check and repair loose, disconnected, or damaged electrical connections
Replace the engine control module (ECM) if necessary
